Hemmersbach GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team at the Calden location.

About the Job

The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support and creative solutions to users in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
  • Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and participate in IT projects.
  • Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.
About You

We're looking for someone with strong experience in IT support, preferably with a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist or at least 2 years of experience in the field.

Fluency in German (C1) and good English language proficiency are essential.
