Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our premium bar experience at Veronika Restaurant & Bar in Fotografiska Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing an innovative world-class beverage program that complements our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a beverage program that exceeds customer expectations and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of bartenders and ensure they deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs to optimize profitability.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior hospitality role, preferably in a high-end establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and labor scheduling software.
  • Ambitious and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
