Key Responsibilities:- Prepare sales materials, such as proposals and presentations
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Generate statistics and reports
- Handle general correspondence and customer data management
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills, team orientation, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
