Senior UX Designer

KNIME is a rapidly growing international Enterprise Software company, and we're seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to help us achieve ambitious scaling goals while empowering our active community.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned UX professional with a strong background in designing complex software products. Your approach to UX engineering should involve constructing solutions that address problems from the user's perspective, considering their origin and intended direction of interactions with the system.

  • You'll be responsible for transforming complex technical ideas into clear user flows and requirements with a straightforward outcome.
  • You'll contribute actively to the projects, ensuring the consistency of all our UX concepts and guidelines.
  • You'll participate proactively in shaping our in-house design language, contributing to the establishment of cohesive UX and design principles.
  • You'll apply user research methods to discover opportunities to improve the product UX.
  • You'll collaborate closely with product management, the design team, and our developers to build rich, end-to-end user experiences.
