Butcher Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at GLOBUS Market Hall. As a Butcher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our meat products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook items on our butcher grill, including schnitzels and meatballs, to meet our high standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized hot counter, adhering to strict hygiene regulations.
• Participate in cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure our meat counter is always well-staffed and meets customer demands.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in butchery, preferably with a completed apprenticeship as a food trade specialist.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• The ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and stressful situations.
• Flexibility and reliability to adapt to changing work demands.
