Enterprise Services Account Manager

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Services Account Manager to drive business development and growth in the services sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships, developing and executing account plans, and representing SAP's services organization in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, representing SAP's services organization to establish and expand services footprint.
- Contribute directly to the long-term success of customer and partner relationships within the account.
Sales Excellence:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive services account plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
- Be accountable for booking and revenue targets for services in assigned accounts.
- Manage opportunities and bids, shaping deals in alignment with agreed governance processes, controls, and targets.
Requirements:
- Selling experience in enterprise software and services industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts, generating and managing opportunities, and deal closure.
- Intimate knowledge of enterprise software projects and the overall lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
- Experience working with customers in Germany.
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Proficiency in Business English and Business German is a must.
