Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator Video & Audio Specialist to join our Video Production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and impactful video content that showcases our brand and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, realize, and produce new and innovative motion picture formats from start to finish.
  • Combine storytelling methods with creative concepts and scripts that align with E.ON's brand identity and objectives.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure optimal implementation, design, and visibility.
  • Develop existing and new technologies to optimize and expand the existing portfolio.
  • Be responsible for the visual design and setup in productions.
  • Operate audio equipment, camera equipment, and image mixing systems.
  • Be in charge of post-production, including multi-camera and creating meaningful editing.
  • Create virtual sets in Unreal Engine.
  • Consider CI elements and design specifications.
  • Be responsible for equipment maintenance.
  • Introduce continuous improvement methods and process optimizations.
  • Participate in cross-departmental exchanges to increase visibility and overcome obstacles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator Video & Audio or similar role.
  • Proficiency in camera operation and familiarity with sound, lighting, and other equipment on set.
  • Several years of experience in scene composition, editing, audio engineering, animation, and color grading.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, Adobe CC Suite, Davinci Resolve, and Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with various platforms to adapt content accordingly.
  • Excellent live multi-camera editing skills and design and framing expertise.
  • Experience in various editing systems and 2D and 3D graphic animation.
  • Deep understanding of timing, framing, formats, and storytelling.
  • Experience in audio mixing, automation, automix, compression, and ducking.
  • Proficiency in operating mobile EB equipment.
  • Flexibility in terms of availability and location.
  • Self-reliant, organized, and reliable work approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage and resolve escalations, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken.
  • High willingness to familiarize with new trends and technologies.
