Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record customer orders and update the warehouse management system in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the dispatching of trucks for incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
- Effectively allocate time slots and manage gate occupancy to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Proactively monitor and control orders and the flow of goods to prevent delays and errors.
- Collaborate closely with operational warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Enter inventory data into the inventory management system, accurately tracking incoming and outgoing goods.
- Communicate effectively with existing warehouse customers and customer service teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completion of commercial training, preferably in warehouse logistics or freight forwarding and logistics services, or equivalent qualification.
- Desirable: professional experience in storage and handling, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems.
- Excellent knowledge of German language.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts in a three-shift system.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication skills.
