We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Bechtle IT-Systemhaus Aachen. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and services to clients, including incident management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal service groups and external IT service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Perform onsite support at client locations, including server maintenance and repair.
- Document project tasks and activities in our ticketing system.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, particularly servers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
