Wir suchen eine erfahrene Person für die Position des Objektverwalter*in im Facility-Management bei der GMW Gebäudemanagement der Stadt Wuppertal.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Wahrnehmung der Eigentümerfunktion gegenüber städtischen und externen Vertragspartner*innen
- Enge Abstimmung zu Themen des technischen, kaufmännischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements mit den anderen internen Abteilungen
- Vermietung und Verpachtung sowie nachbarrechtliche und sonstige Gestattungen von unbebauten Grundstücken und deren Verwaltung
- Befähigung für die Laufbahngruppe 2.1 Einstiegsamt (Verwaltungsdienst) oder den Abschluss des Verwaltungslehrgangs II oder einen für diese Stelle geeigneten Studienabschluss (FH oder Bachelor) mit dem Schwerpunkt Immobilienmanagement
- Erfahrung im Mietrecht und in der Bewirtschaftung von Gebäuden, vorzugweise im Gewerbemietrecht
- Führerschein Klasse 3 bzw. B und Bereitschaft, Dienstfahrten durchzuführen
- Abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit
