Senior Advisory

Arendt Regulatory & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisory - Investment Funds Distribution professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting and advising promoters in the analysis of their distribution model to anticipate the different ways of marketing their funds and the potential regulatory hurdles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessment studies based on the investment strategy of the fund and manager expertise and track record as well as the target market in each of the countries envisaged.
• Advising clients on distribution licenses, authorized marketing activities, existing pre-marketing and reverse solicitation rules in various countries.
• Maintaining active communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Preparing memoranda and client-facing materials.
• Collecting data and market intelligence.
• Participating in internal training and coaching on distribution matters.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, or Law.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Luxembourg fund industry.
• A strong knowledge of investment fund regulations.
• A strong understanding of topics around Fund Distribution.
• A strong analytical and synthetic mind.
• Good writing skills.
• Fluency in both written and oral French and English. German will be considered an advantage.
