Human Resources Specialist

Arendt & Medernach, a leading independent business law firm in Luxembourg, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Specialist to join its team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR services and operations.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of new joiners, including following up on hiring formalities, managing personal files, and entry documents. You will also play a key role in absence management, encoding leave and illness in our HRIS, and producing ad-hoc reports.

This role requires strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. You will work closely with the HR team to optimize internal processes and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a student in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources (higher education courses, Bac+3/Bac+4) who is eager to learn and grow with our dynamic team. If you possess great analytical and synthesis skills, are proactive and have a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality, we encourage you to apply.
