Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualification and Improvement of Systems: Introduction and qualification of systems, processes, and measuring devices to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Process Documentation and Maintenance: Documentation, maintenance, and improvement of production processes including process specifications and process controls.
  • Process Control and Planning: Planning, implementation, and maintenance of process control procedures and approval of measuring systems to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring systems and processes using SPC, APC, and analyzing and documenting problems and causes of errors to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Developing and carrying out training courses for the maintenance group and production staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.

About You:

  • Education: University degree in electrical engineering, physics, or microsystems technology with a focus on microelectronics and semiconductor physics.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience is an advantage, but graduates are also welcome.
  • Language Skills: Written and spoken German and English.
