Job Title: Referent Support Arbeitsvorbereitung / Projektierung

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Referent Support Arbeitsvorbereitung / Projektierung. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the team leader in our Arbeitsvorbereitung / Projektierung department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and training to employees in our Pre-Sale Projektierung department at our international locations.
  • Review and evaluate current project statuses in our ticket system, analyze and manage projects.
  • Offer consultation, training, and support to users of our project and configuration software, particularly during product launches or updates.
  • Develop internal and external training materials and conduct training sessions in German and English.
Requirements:
  • Completed education as an Electronics Engineer or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical expertise in electrical, communication, and/or data technology.
  • First-hand experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with CAD system Engineering Base is an asset.
  • Experience with Visio, CorelDraw is an asset.
  • Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and responsible work style.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
