We are seeking a highly skilled Analog/Mixed-Signal Design and Verification Engineer to join our team at InCirT GmbH. As a key member of our circuit design team, you will be responsible for designing and verifying data converters and other analog/mixed-signal circuits as IP deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Design and verification of data converters and other analog/mixed-signal circuits
- Characterization of data-converter chipsets, including post-silicon validation
- Development of test plans, test programs, and IP characterization
- Support for chip bring-up activities and lab measurements
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ph.D./Master-Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable studies
- Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, PLLs, DLLs, filters, active mixers, driver stages, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, OpAmps, comparators, and switched-capacitor circuits
- Hands-on experience with EDA design tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso, and a history of successful Tape-outs
- Experience with lab measurements and instruments, test development, debugging, measurement automation, analog IP characterization, and ADC/DAC characterization
- Familiarity with lab equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, real-time oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, signal generators, etc.
- Good programming skills, including Matlab and Python knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in the English language

InCirT GmbH is an award-winning semiconductor start-up that started as a spin-off from the Chair of High-Frequency Electronics at RWTH Aachen.
