About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Emerson as a QHSE Manager, where you will play a key role in ensuring the company's operations are conducted in a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HSE training programs for employees across the Germany organization.
- Lead the development and measurement of business processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Conduct quality control supplier processes to ensure alignment with specifications and standards.
- Maintain and develop customer complaints, customer happiness, and corrective action reporting procedures.
- Perform audits of approved suppliers and outsource through management systems and processes.
- Facilitate and develop the Continuous Improvement Process, including management reports.
- Develop BCEC quality management support.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QHSE professional who can communicate efficiently in different situations, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Diploma in SHEQ fields or equivalent educational background.
- Experience in operating within SHEQ roles or similar, managing internal/external customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Relevant membership to recognized Quality Institutes.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Consistent record of performing industry-recognized audits and demonstrating experience in implementation programs.
- Ability and willingness to travel to other Emerson locations and client sites.
- German proficiency.
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operational English required.
- IOSH accreditation will be useful.
