Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical installations within a new data centre project in Germany.

As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring EHSQ compliance, conducting toolbox talks, managing RAMS, and enforcing PPE regulations on-site.

You will also secure necessary permits, oversee weekly planning for project execution, coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour at the site, and provide guidance to apprentices in managing deliveries and conducting daily checks.

Additionally, you will supervise and oversee labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors, execute commissioning and closure plans, achieve labour tracking objectives, and handle day-to-day site material orders.

What you will need for this role:

  • Minimum three years of experience in a Foreman role
  • Fully Qualified Electrician with a Qualified QC Tester status
  • Project Management experience would be advantageous
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary of €70,000 + living allowance and rotation package.
