About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, documents, and reports in English and German, as well as compiling statistics and evaluations.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, visits, and appointments, including receiving visitors and preparing follow-up actions.
  • Participate in operational tasks and projects, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Handle correspondence, including organization of filing and resubmissions, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Process financial transactions, including disbursements and monthly accounting.
  • Coordinate Masterdata and create SAP purchase orders, including EAR creation.

Requirements

  • Commercial training or degree with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written language.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (Office 365).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
