Job SummaryWe are seeking a strong sales personality as an Account Manager Consumables (m/f/d) in the Dortmund - Düsseldorf - Duisburg area to strengthen our Healthcare Sales Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring new customers and offering growth-oriented solutions for hospitals and clinics
- Marketing our leading products, actively shaping sales and company strategies, and creating business plans
- Representing STERIS on-site with customers, at industry congresses, exhibitions, and workshops
- Working closely with your sales colleagues, Customer Service, and Service to generate and process leads
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A business or medical education, with experience in endoscopy, AEMP, or operating rooms being a plus
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B sector, with medical products or consumables
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, customer and results orientation
- Independent, responsible, yet team-oriented work style
- Proficient with MS-Office and CRM systems, fluent in German and good English
