Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team at E.ON Energy Markets GmbH. As a key member of our Energy Markets function, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze financial and risk KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a state-of-the-art reporting infrastructure to provide insights into our Energy Markets portfolios.
  • Ensure transparency of value drivers and financial KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Review and approve complex transactions from a controlling standpoint.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • University degree in a numerate and analytical field.
  • Proven experience in the energy sector, including energy procurement, sales, or trading.
  • Strong commercial understanding of commodity and energy markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is advantageous.
