IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead (m/w/d) für unser Team in Deutschland. Als Teil von HCLTech Germany werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen und innovativen Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung von IT-Lösungen für unsere Kunden spezialisiert hat.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unabhängige Bewertungen und Empfehlungen für Governance-, Risiko- und Compliance-Umgebungen unserer Kunden durchführen
  • Teilnahme an der Prozess- und Kontrollendokumentation in Bezug auf die Kontrollimplementierung
  • Teilnahme an regulatorischen Prüfungen (Prozess und IT) und Management-Berichterstattung
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der IT-Governance
  • Forschung und Entwicklung zu bewährten Verfahren rund um Kerngeschäftsprozesse und IT-Sicherheit
  • Entwicklung von Dienstleistungsangeboten für verschiedene branchenspezifische regulatorische und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von operationalen und unternehmensweiten Risikorahmenwerken
  • Ansprechpartner für Kundenvertreter für Compliance-Berichterstattungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des für das Projekt umgesetzten Risiko- und Compliance-Rahmens
  • Vorantreiben und Teilnahme an verschiedenen Risiko-, Compliance- und Audit-Programmen sowie Unterstützung aller externen/internen Compliance-Bewertungen
  • Vorantreiben/Unterstützung beim Abschluss von Audit-Nichtkonformitäten
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung verschiedener vertraglicher IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen, Kundenpolitiken/-verfahren
  • Sicherstellen, dass relevante Datenschutzkontrollen eingesetzt werden und DSGVO-Anforderungen überwacht werden
  • Ansprechpartner für Meldung & Untersuchung relevanter Datenschutzvorfälle
  • Durchführung von Bewertungen zur sicheren Einhaltung der Datenschutzanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Delivery Center-Bewertungen
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Fachliche Erfahrung im Bereich Governance, Enterprise Risk Management und regulatorische Compliance
  • Erfahrung in regulatorischer Compliance wie BaFIN, MaRisk, KRITIS, ITGC, Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO), Bundesdatenschutzgesetz usw
  • Solides Verständnis von IT-Kontrollrahmenwerken und allgemeinen IT-Kontrollen
  • Arbeitskenntnisse des gesamten Risikomanagementprozesses, der interne/externe Risikobewertungen und des Remediation-Prozesses
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Risiko-, Compliance- und Audit-Programmen
  • Erfahrung im Management großer Informationssicherheitsprojekte
  • Erfahrung in diversen Bereichen der IT-Security, z.B. IT-regulatorische/politische Compliance, IS-Governance, Risikomanagement, IT-Infrastruktursicherheit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Aruba ClearPass NAC-Integration mit kabelgebundener und kabelloser Authentifizierung sowie der sicheren Netzwerkanmeldung
  • Gute praktische Erfahrung in der Administration der Zscaler-Proxy-Lösung, Zscaler-Client-Connector, Datenverkehrsweiterleitung, Authentifizierung und Sicherheitsrichtlinien-Konfiguration
  • CISA/CISM/CISSP-Zertifizierung, ISO Lead Auditor) bevorzugt
