Beschreibung der Position

Als AI-Entwickler/in bei Lufthansa Industry Solutions bist du verantwortlich für die Implementierung, Operationalisierung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Anwendungen. Du unterstützt individuelle Kundenprojekte sowie unsere Produkte in den Bereichen Maschinelles Lernen, Künstliche Intelligenz und Generative AI.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Konzeption, Design und Implementierung von Cloud-Infrastruktur für den Betrieb (MLOps) von Machine Learning- und KI-Modellen (mit Fokus auf LLM-basierten Anwendungen)
  • Anbindung verschiedener Front- und Backend-Technologien an ML-Frameworks via APIs
  • Operationalisierung von "Proof-of-Concepts", sowie Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Betrieb von Anwendungen in den Bereichen Maschinelles Lernen, Künstliche Intelligenz und Generative AI
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Projekten in den Bereichen Maschinelles Lernen, Künstliche Intelligenz und Generative AI
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / abgeschlossenes Studium und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Machine Learning- und AI-Tools in Python, sowie cloudbasierten ML- und LLM-Frameworks (z.B. Databricks, Azure Fabric, Haystack, etc.)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ML-/KI-Methoden sowie der benötigten Infrastruktur für Containerisierung, Deployment und Betrieb (Docker, Kubernetes, mlflow, Vektordatenbanken, etc.)
  • Berufserfahrungen als Entwickler/in (Frontend, Backend oder Fullstack) in Machine Learning-Projekten
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenzen, Flexibilität sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisetätigkeiten
