Sustainability Reporting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sustainability reporting processes, ensuring compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) for group-wide mandatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment with CSRD requirements.
- Contribute to the development of internal policies and guidelines to enhance sustainability reporting.
- Support the ongoing development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, actions, and targets.
- Assist in internal and external sustainability communication initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Manage sustainability ratings and complete questionnaires related to sustainability.
Requirements:
- ESG Reporting Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ESG reporting, preferably within an organization subject to CSRD requirements.
- Legislative Expertise: Strong knowledge of sustainability-related legislation, including EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and CSDDD.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
