Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Analyst to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, developing financial models, and providing research and analysis to support our investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to the investment committee.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform investment decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, sellers, and developers.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence and transaction of new deals, including managing internal and external stakeholders and synthesizing large amounts of data.
  • Reporting: Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee and potential investors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in real estate investment or finance.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling skills, market research, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Argus.
  • Language: English and Chinese language proficiency required. Professional working level German language skill desirable.
