About the Role

At sennder, we're revolutionizing the logistics industry by connecting shippers with truck carriers through in-house built technology. We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our Carriers & Drivers department and contribute to the development of our logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and innovate new solutions within our team's scope, participating in the development of complex event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems.
  • Take ownership of the team's components and libraries, ensuring their consistency and effectiveness, and lead architectural designs and guide mid-sized projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive quality across the stack, adhering to solid engineering principles and providing detailed feedback to colleagues.
  • Actively participate in the development of a robust event-driven microservice architecture and micro-frontend framework, and lead efforts to improve engineering standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers to design and plan features that are ready for launch, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and developing complex event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems, particularly with microservices.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar, and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment practices and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong programming skills in Typescript and one common front-end framework, preferably React or Angular.
