We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Schichtmeister Abfüllung at our traditional family-owned brewery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing, controlling and continuously optimizing production processes in filling, sorting and packaging.

Schichtmeister Abfüllung (m/w/d)
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing, controlling and continuously optimizing production processes in filling, sorting and packaging
  • kosten- und qualitätsbewusstes Handeln
  • zielorientierte Führung der Mitarbeiter
  • prozessbedingte Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachabteilungen, insbesondere der Instandhaltung
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a degree in brewing or a comparable qualification
  • Multiple years of experience operating modern beverage, filling and packaging equipment
  • High motivation, flexibility, conceptional and implementation strength
  • Analytical and systematic thinking
  • Good social and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of SAP and IT systems
  • Continuous initiative to optimize technical, technological and organizational processes
Voraussichtliche Bezahlung:

Nach Prüfung der Qualifikation und Erfahrung kann eine leistungsgerechte Vergütung zwischen € 70.000,- und € 90.000,- pro Jahr erwartet werden.
