Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to elevate our supply chain to the next level, driving process definition, establishing new partnerships, and optimizing existing structures. The ideal candidate will design innovative solutions, collaborate with our leadership team, and drive operational implementation, focusing on digital processes and active involvement in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate the strategic roadmap for our SCM activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and optimize a robust delivery network connecting our suppliers with customers across Europe, driving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and operations planning (S&OP) internally, ensuring efficient communication of demand signals to partners.
  • Lead our SCM digitization initiatives, developing custom software solutions in collaboration with our engineering team.
  • Manage projects from conceptualization to operational execution, including the onboarding of new suppliers.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration or industrial engineering.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in (top) management consulting and additional operational experience in SCM.
  • Conceptual thinking and structured project management skills, including project leadership.
  • Experience in supplier management and strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly and comprehensively familiarize yourself with various topics.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
