About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Expert to join our team at ClimatePartner. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications team in Munich, you will play a crucial role in spreading the word on sustainability through various media channels and motivating audiences to take action.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will deliver content that showcases thought leadership, generates awareness, and contributes to lead generation.
  • You will edit, proofread, and improve content written by others to ensure materials meet key objectives.
  • You will be a storyteller who finds the heart of the story, builds enthusiasm, and motivates action.
  • You will expand content development across digital, social, and traditional mediums and channels.
  • You will drive SEO improvements in alignment with the performance team.
  • You will advise ClimatePartner clients in successfully marketing and communicating their climate action commitment and cooperation with ClimatePartner.
  • You will develop marketing material for clients: text for websites, brochures, press releases, social media posts, etc.

Requirements

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in an agency or in the marketing department of a company.
  • You have a degree in marketing, communication, or a similar qualification.
  • You have a strong affinity for text and language.
  • You are interested in climate action.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
  • You have experience repurposing content for different uses, formats, audiences, and platforms.
  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
