Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative student to join our Global Employer Brand team as a Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media channels and supporting our employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to build email marketing content for the SAP Talent Community
  • Support community building and engagement activities
  • Assist in creating multimedia content for external audiences, including editorial planning, social copywriting, visual creation, and editing
  • Contribute to ad-hoc employer branding projects as required

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences studying business administration, psychology, marketing, or similar
  • Experience with social media and affinity for digital trends
  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of how to localize brand narratives to different demographics
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar
  • Comfortable on camera and able to convey enthusiasm for working at SAP
