Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €25,000 - €35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious student to join our CRM Marketing team as a junior professional. As a Marketing Analyst Student Assistant, you will play a key role in preparing monthly campaign reports, identifying optimization potential, and coordinating with partners to enhance our newsletters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing independent monthly campaign reports to identify newsletter optimization potential and product developments;
  • Exchanging advertising space in our CMS system and coordinating with partners;
  • SUPPORTING the implementation of data-triggered email campaigns and offline mailings, such as welcome and birthday communications;
  • Accompanying complex campaigns from briefing to playout;
  • Working on the preparation of analysis results in presentations;
  • Taking on your own (sub-)projects, e.g., integration concept for 'Refer a Friend' product;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Studying economics or communication sciences, business informatics, or a comparable field;
  • An interest in evaluating and further developing PAYBACK measures with the end customer in mind;
  • A high level of enthusiasm for CRM and ideally some experience in email marketing and CRM;
  • A good understanding of numbers and analytical strength;
  • You are a team player (m/f) looking for fun at work;
  • You have a high level of initiative, creativity, and independence;
  • You are familiar with MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint);
  • You have very good German language skills (C1 level).
