The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Management, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management, as well as a strong background in business studies and extensive experience in leading projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex initiatives to drive business growth and transformation
• Ensure business readiness and stakeholder engagement for successful change implementation
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformations through innovative solutions
• Collaborate closely with operational units and cross-functional leaders for seamless cooperation
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders
• Manage a team of project managers and foster teamwork to achieve common goals
