We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Specialist to join our team at Tönnies Central Services GmbH & Co. KG. As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the export process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate export orders in our warehouse management system
- Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of goods
- Prepare and issue export documents
- Manage export declarations and customs clearance
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Completed education in a related field (e.g. logistics, business administration)
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
