Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein:e Werkstudent:in Human Resources Management (m/w/d) für unser Projekt am Standort Hamburg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Personalreferent:innen und Personalsachbearbeiter:innen bei den täglichen Aufgaben
  • Umsetzung der festgelegten Personalprozesse und Entwicklung neuer Prozesse
  • Beratung der Kolleg:innen in Personalangelegenheiten
  • Koordinierung des Bewerber:innen Managements und Terminplanung
  • Unterstützung im Standort- und Organisationsmanagement und im gesamten HR-Team

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor- oder Masterstudierende:r der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Sozialwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Leidenschaft für den Umgang mit Menschen und freundlicher Umgang
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Pragmatische Lösungsfindung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen und ggf. Erfahrungen mit SAP
  • IT-Affinität und Grundverständnis für IT-Themen
