The tax consulting firm of Eislöwen is seeking a Tax Professional or a Tax Assistant (m/w/d) in Dresden and/or Nossen
We, the ADVISITAX Dresden GmbH tax consulting firm with locations in Dresden and Nossen, have been advising a diverse client portfolio (healthcare professionals, companies, and individuals in the automotive and gastronomy industries, as well as sports clubs) for over 15 years. Our 19 employees – including 1 tax partner – know how to get to the heart of our clients' needs in the region.

The tax consulting firm of Eislöwen is seeking a Tax Professional or a Tax Assistant (m/w/d) in Dresden and/or Nossen

We offer a fair compensation package, with a yearly honorarium of at least €36,000 – performance-based compensation excluded. You will have the opportunity to implement your own ideas and impulses, especially with the integration of our new location in Nossen and the digitalization of our processes.
We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of working from home after discussing it with your team. You will also have the opportunity to pursue continuing education through the ETL Academy or externally, with financial support.
We have a collegial atmosphere, with regular team-building activities outside of working hours. We also celebrate Christmas and summer parties together. And, of course, we offer additional benefits tailored to each employee's individual needs.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling the entire range of tasks of a tax assistant (m/w/d) or a tax professional (m/w/d), including digitalizing our processes at both locations.
Your Qualifications
You have completed an education as a tax assistant (m/w/d) and/or a tax professional (m/w/d). You have strong communication skills, which enable you to work effectively with clients and your team. You are familiar with the workflows in a tax consulting firm and are confident in taking on the above-mentioned tasks. You are self-motivated, structured, responsible, and flexible, with a high level of organizational skills. You are familiar with DATEV or Eurodata and MS Office programs. You enjoy working digitally and are experienced in setting up digital processes. Experience in advising healthcare professionals is an advantage but not a requirement.
