Material Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at CTDI. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the procurement process for materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure best value for the company.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes with production and logistics.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier performance and contract management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives, including cost reduction and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in procurement software a plus.
• Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
