About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Laboratory Assistant to join our Research and Development team in Germany. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our scientists and engineers in the development of new products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize analytical methods to ensure quality and accuracy in our research and development processes.
  • Process and optimize test sequences to meet project deadlines and requirements.
  • Construct, support, adapt, and validate laboratory equipment and complex test apparatuses to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Implement chemical conversions or production of prototypes of new products in our laboratory setting.
  • Conduct quality control of market products and research prototypes to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Present, evaluate, document, and initial assess measurement results to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Implement guidelines for occupational safety and quality assurance in our laboratory setting.
  • Document protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Completed training or apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant, physics laboratory assistant, chemical-technical assistant, or comparable.
  • Ability to implement technical regulations accurately and have a detailed understanding of technical data.
  • Enthusiasm for solving technical problems and interest in continuous learning through training-on-the-job and internal education.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and good team skills.
