Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in the production of highly specialized components for the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and monitor the production of rotating components made of nickel-based or titanium superalloys, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
- Develop and optimize workflows and production processes, incorporating current ergonomic and economic findings.
- Design and implement working documents, including work, test, and sketch plans, as well as process-specific instructions.
- Document production methods and approvals, adhering to relevant quality requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness of production.
- Implement and coordinate optimization measures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze production trials and results, identifying areas for improvement.
- Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical degree, or training as a technician in metal processing with relevant experience.
- Proficiency in quality data, CAD software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of work preparation with Siemens Teamcenter, CAD with Siemens NX, and SAP Manufacturing & Costing is desirable.
- Specialist knowledge in aerospace component production or metal processing is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required for effective technical communication.
