Apiary Professional Wanted in Germany

At Bio Imkerei Geiger, we are seeking a highly skilled Apiary Professional to join our team in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. As a key member of our beekeeping team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our apiaries, including hive maintenance and management.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage multiple apiaries across northern and southern Germany
  • Perform everyday tasks on the hives, ensuring optimal conditions for honey production
  • Transport hives to different apiary areas throughout Germany, adhering to strict safety protocols
  • Operate our fully automated extractor, processing honey efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements, driving operational excellence
Requirements
  • Possess excellent practical knowledge of beekeeping practices and techniques
  • Demonstrate a methodical and structured approach to work, prioritizing attention to detail
  • Be able to quickly adapt to new processes and environments, remaining flexible in a fast-paced setting
  • Show a strong desire for success and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the ability to work concentratedly and reliably, even during periods of high workload
