About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Digitalization team at BASF. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software solutions through automated testing and test frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative digital solutions to improve the efficiency of our processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Design and develop automated test plans and test cases for our software solutions, ensuring the quality of our products through rigorous testing.
- Conduct manual testing, including smoke and regression testing, to ensure the quality of our applications.
- Document tests and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, and drive improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in software development and automated testing, with expertise in test frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test integration, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
