International Student Recruitment Specialist

Munich Business School is seeking a highly skilled International Student Recruitment Specialist to join its dedicated team. As a key member of the admissions team, you will be responsible for building and developing a strategic and innovative recruitment network that meets the international student enrollment goals of the university.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive international marketing strategy utilizing different online marketing channels and marketing materials.
- Representing the university at international recruitment events, fairs, and conferences.
- Training agencies and giving presentations to their inquiry pool.
- Serving as a liaison between the Admissions Office, domestic recruiters, various academic units, and other organizations within and outside of the university.
Requirements:
- Academic degree (minimum bachelor).
- Experience in international student recruitment.
- Experience in working with agencies from the target markets India, China, Taiwan, and Latin America.
- Intercultural experience and sensitivity.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally on your own for longer periods of time.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; working knowledge of German.
