Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Audit Manager für unser Team in Japan. Als Teil unseres Country Practices Japan bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Konzern- und Jahresabschlussprüfungen nach nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS, US-GAAP, J-GAAP).

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du wirst die Tochtergesellschaften und Niederlassungen international agierender japanischer Konzerne in Deutschland prüfen.
  • Du wirst die Konzern- und Jahresabschlussprüfungen durchführen und dabei die Prüfungen des internen Kontrollsystems übernehmen.
  • Du wirst vielfältige Sonderprüfungen/-projekte durchführen und in interdisziplinären Projektteams mitarbeiten.
  • Du wirst fachliche Stellungnahmen zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsfragen vorbereiten.
  • Du wirst die internationale Kommunikation im japanischen Umfeld durchführen und die Mandatsverantwortung sowie die Organisation und Führung von Prüfungsteams übernehmen.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du hast das Berufsexamen, insbesondere Wirtschaftsprüfer oder Wirtschaftsprüferin, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Konzern- und Jahresabschlussprüfungen nach nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS, US-GAAP, J-GAAP).
  • Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und japanische Sprachkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft.
  • Du bist bereit, Mandats- und Teamverantwortung zu übernehmen und hast eine Lern-, Leistungs- und Reisebereitschaft.
