Job Description

As a Synology Product Expert, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will be responsible for providing expert support to our customers. You will be the bridge between our customers and our internal product management and development teams in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Analyze and resolve issues with NAS, Router, and Surveillance systems
  • Provide customer support via ticket system, phone, and in-person at events
  • Support the internal IT management team as needed
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as a computer scientist or equivalent qualification
  • Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and quick understanding
  • Good knowledge of network technology and storage solutions
  • Good Linux skills and experience with the Linux command line are an advantage
  • Good German and English language skills, additional languages are an advantage
