Job Title: Verification and Validation Specialist

The Technology & Strategy team is seeking a skilled Verification and Validation Specialist to support the design and development team in maintaining a V&V program for new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop verification strategies for medical devices with a focus on software-driven electromechanical components at sub-system and system level.
  • Create test equipment, fixtures, including design of hardware and/or software.
  • Developing statistical sample justifications.
  • Interact with cross-functional team members to ensure risk/safety mitigation tests.
  • Perform testing activities and data analysis using needed statistical techniques.
  • Write and release final reports.
  • Create, review, and optimize reusable test cases by developing test environments and scenarios.

Requirements:

This role requires a Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or medical engineering or a related discipline, along with several years of experience in similar roles, preferably in medical devices companies.
