Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our dynamic team at Agilité Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyzing costs and monitoring the profitability of projects to inform strategic decisions;
• Identifying inconsistencies and proposing corrective actions to optimize financial performance;
• Coordinating with teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, cash flow management, and financial reporting;
• Developing and implementing financial tools and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity;
• Reviewing and validating VAT returns for group entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Maintaining close monitoring of the English entity's financial operations and adherence to legal obligations;
• Assisting with supplier payment management to maintain positive relationships and secure favorable terms;

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role;
• Master's degree in Management, Economics, or Accounting;
• Familiarity with UK GAAP is an asset, with other accounting standards also desirable;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently;
• Proficiency in Excel, with expertise in data analysis and visualization;
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of Oracle/NetSuite is a plus;
