We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers regarding updates and challenges
  • Coordinate logistics and work closely with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Plan transportation routes and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Design and analyze analytics of order processing metrics, transportation performance, and service level

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering with focus on SCM or Logistics
  • Experience in the Wholesale, Retail, or FMCG industries and working experience with Transport management system
  • Working experience with top-tier ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or equivalent)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot tables; Macros)
  • Fluent in English (vocal and written) and additional European language will be an advantage
