Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for facility management, including energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or renovations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance-related issues, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Manager at TRIBE Düsseldorf, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. You will work closely with our team to identify and address maintenance-related issues, and develop strategies to improve our operations and reduce costs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and external contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
