About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Navartis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving forward and coordinating the effective realization of the construction project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost, schedule, and quality-orientated management of the construction project
  • Developing strategies to achieve the project goal successfully and on schedule
  • Monitoring project progress, defining project milestones, and risk management
  • Leading, guiding, supporting, and training the teams
  • Overseeing the overall Project Budget and making decisions on investments and purchasing volumes
Requirements
  • University degree in engineering (civil engineering, project management), supplemented by at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in project management, technical planning, contract administration, and contractor management
  • Appreciative management style and effective time management
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English
