XAPHOS ist ein ambitioniertes Startup, das sich auf KI-gesteuerte Software-as-a-Service Managementlösungen spezialisiert hat. Als Chief Technology Officer (f/m/d) bei XAPHOS werden Sie die technische Strategie und Vision unseres Unternehmens vorantreiben.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Führung des technischen Teams: Rekrutierung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung eines qualifizierten Teams sowie Förderung einer kollaborativen und innovativen Unternehmenskultur.
  • Technische Architektur und Skalierbarkeit: Design und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemarchitektur sowie Durchführung von Lasttests und Identifikation von Engpässen.
  • Technische Exzellenz und Entwicklungspraktiken: Einführung und Pflege hochwertiger Entwicklungsprozesse, regelmäßige Schulungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Entwicklungspraktiken.
  • Code-Qualität, Sicherheit und DevOps: Etablierung von Richtlinien für Code-Qualität, Sicherheitsstrategien und DevOps-Praktiken sowie regelmäßige Überprüfung und Anpassung an aktuelle Standards und Bedrohungen.
  • Kundenfeedback und Marktforschung: Integration von Kundenfeedback in die Produktentwicklung und Analyse von Markttrends zur Verbesserung der Plattform.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern: Management von Partnerschaften und Integrationen mit externen Technologieanbietern und Dienstleistern.
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachbereich, bevorzugt Master-Abschluss oder höher.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Branche, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in leitender Position.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in Backend-Technologien (JS/TS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, NestJS) und Erfahrung mit API-Entwicklung & Design (REST, GraphQL).
  • Erfahrung in Frontend-Entwicklung (React, NextJS, EJS) und Design-Tools (Figma, Sketch).
  • Versiert im Umgang mit Datenbanktechnologien (MySQL, PostgreSQL) und Web-Sicherheit (CORS, CSRF, XSS).
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit DevOps und CloudOps (Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes) sowie Cloud-Infrastrukturen (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Kenntnisse in modernen Authentifizierungsmethoden (OAuth, JWT) und Identity Management (SAML, OIDC).
  • Verständnis für AI/ML-Technologien (Tensorflow, PyTorch) sowie Skriptsprachen (Bash, Python).
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von technischen Teams und in agilen Entwicklungsprozessen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
