Key Responsibilities

Oversee project management for e-invoicing initiatives utilizing SEEBURGER products for processing incoming invoices Collaborate on ongoing e-invoicing projects and assist in the rollout of new initiatives Facilitate customer training sessions for SEEBURGER e-invoicing offerings and develop relevant documentation and guidelines Prepare presentation materials and deliver live demonstrations of SEEBURGER solutions for incoming invoice processing Manage tender documents, requirement specifications, and subsequent customer inquiries


Candidate Profile

Degree in computer science or business administration, or equivalent commercial training in finance with substantial work experience, or IT training with a commercial focus and relevant experience Proficient knowledge of SAP FI/SD Familiarity with incoming invoice processing Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English Understanding of B2B integration and the e-invoicing workflow is advantageous
