About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Process Manager to join our team at W&W-Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our Krankenversicherung business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end business processes for our Krankenversicherung division, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Conceive and introduce new digital processes, driving the digitalization of our business and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement digital application streams for our sales partners, representing the company's interests to all stakeholders.
  • As a subject matter expert, define, analyze, and evaluate technical and functional requirements for the Krankenversicherung division, representing the company's interests in line, projects, and agile teams.
  • Work on projects within the Krankenversicherung division and across the company, leading projects and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in economics, mathematics, physics, or computer science.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Enjoy working with complex systems and processes, with a preference for experience or methodological competence in Six Sigma.
  • High affinity for digital topics and good IT understanding at the interface between the business department and IT.
  • Ability to balance humor with assertiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills and high team competence, self-responsibility, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
  • Perspective to assume leadership responsibilities in the future.
